Do I have to pay tenant fees?
No. Tenant fees were banned under the Tenant Fees Act 2019. We do not charge admin, referencing or holding fees.
How much deposit will I need?
Deposits are capped at five weeks of rent for tenancies under £50,000 a year, and six weeks above that.
How quickly can I move in?
Once referencing is complete, most tenants move in within two to three weeks of offer acceptance.
What if I want to renew my tenancy?
We contact you eight weeks before your fixed term ends to discuss renewal options at no charge.
